After all the lovely weather we have had recently, the forecast for Saturday 16th is for rain showers. We have taken the decision to relocate the Royal Court Crowning Ceremony and the Fun day to Bleachingfields, where some of the activities can be undercover. Don’t be put off, there are still lots of activities to enjoy, just bring a brolly!
- There will be a shorter parade with just marchers and no vehicles, limited to Countess Crescent and the Bleachingfields area. The pipe band will still lead.
- The Marquee and the stage for the crowning and for other performances will be set up on the grass at Bleachinfields.
- There will be stalls and activities all around the area and indoors in the halls.
So ignore the weather, do come along and enjoy!
